Calendly for Microsoft Teams chat: Real-time meeting updates

The Calendly app for Microsoft Teams chat keeps you in-the-know about your latest booked meetings and scheduling updates.

Once connected, when a Calendly event is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, the Calendly bot will automatically send you an instant notification to let you know. So you can stay up to date without toggling between apps.

Get started with Calendly for Microsoft Teams chat

The Calendly app for Microsoft Teams chat is available for all Calendly users, including our free plan! All you need to get started is a Calendly account. (If you don’t already have one, sign up for free.)

To add the Calendly app for Microsoft Teams chat, go to your Calendly integrations page and select Microsoft Teams Chat. You’ll be redirected to the Calendly app in the Microsoft Teams AppSource. From there: 

1. Select Add to start the connection process within Microsoft Teams.

2. Once installed, select Log in to sign in to your Calendly account.

3. You’ll then be prompted to allow Calendly to access Microsoft Teams. Select Accept. 

4. Once your accounts are connected, you'll receive a welcome message from the Calendly bot in Microsoft Teams. You're all set to receive notifications about booked, rescheduled, and canceled Calendly meetings right in Teams chat!
