Calendly simplifies scheduling by creating a custom booking page that shows when you're available to meet. You connect your calendar(s), set your availability, and people can schedule meetings with you instantly. (No one can see the details of your whole calendar — Calendly only shows the times you’re available.)
No more back-and-forth emails or phone tag to find a time that works for everyone. Just easier, faster scheduling.
It all starts with your scheduling link (also called your booking link or Calendly link). In this article, you'll learn how to share your Calendly booking link, whether you want to send it directly or embed it into the tools you use every day.

6 ways to share your Calendly link
Calendly gives you many different options to share your booking page, so you can choose what works best.
A quick note: In this guide, we’re focusing on linking to the booking page for a specific Event Type, like a 30-minute intro call or hourlong client check-in. If you have multiple meeting types, you can also share a landing page with all of your meeting types and let invitees choose which one they’d like to book.
1. Copy and paste your scheduling link
The simplest way to share your link? Copy it from the Calendly web app.
To find your scheduling link, go to the Scheduling page in the Calendly web app, look for the Event Type you want to share, and click Copy link.
Once you copy your link, you can paste it in:
An email
Your website
Your social media profiles
Your LinkedIn profile
Your email signature
Anywhere else you’re connecting with people!
Pro tip
Want to limit access to your booking page? Use the Single-Use Link feature to create one-time scheduling links that expire after the first use, giving you more control over your availability.
2. Schedule on the go via the Calendly mobile app
Need to share your booking link while you’re away from your desk? Use Calendly’s mobile app for iOS and Android to share your scheduling link no matter where your work takes you.
From the mobile app, you can:
Copy your scheduling link
Share your link via text, email, or other app
Create and share a QR code people can scan to find your booking page
3. Share from the browser extension
The Calendly browser extension for Chrome, Outlook, Edge, and Firefox makes it super simple to find and share your scheduling link wherever you work, without having to jump between tabs or apps. You can find and copy links for all your Event Types in the Scheduling tab.
You can also use the extension to view and manage meetings and contacts, book meetings on the spot, and integrate with tools like Gmail and LinkedIn.
“With Calendly’s browser extension, I can quickly share the right meeting link without leaving the tab I’m working in — whether I’m replying to a DM, email, or social message.”

Pro tip
Here’s another way to share your availability: Add handpicked, clickable time slots directly to the body of an email. Your invitee can select whichever available time works best for them right from their inbox. Learn more about adding time slots to an email.
4. Add Calendly to your website
Adding scheduling to your website means potential clients and customers can book with you as soon as they’re interested. They don’t have to wait for a reply to a contact form, and you don’t have to worry about manually replying to inquiries or letting leads slip through the cracks.
“When the process feels professional and polished from the start — like when they click a link directly from my website and land on a simple, branded scheduling page — that first impression carries weight.”

You can link out to your booking page or embed Calendly right on your website. If you’re a service provider, online booking systems also create a great client experience, whether it’s their first appointment or their 10th.

5. Share your link via your other business tools
With 100+ integrations, you can connect Calendly with the tools you already use every day and share your scheduling link right from your favorite apps.
Here are a few examples:
LinkedIn: Add a “Book an appointment” button to your profile so prospective clients can book with you as soon as they’re interested (LinkedIn Premium Business only)
Linktree: Include a scheduling link in your social media bio so followers can book with you
Typeform: Embed your Calendly booking page in forms, surveys, and more
Mailchimp: Include links in email campaigns to drive demos or intro calls
Slack: Share booking links with teammates or external connections
Corrina Owens, a founder and go-to-market advisor, doesn’t have a website for her business. Instead, she uses a LinkedIn Premium Business profile with a ‘Book an appointment’ button to bring in new client inquiries.
“LinkedIn is my digital storefront, and with the ‘Book an appointment’ button with Calendly now integrated directly into my profile, scheduling a meeting is effortless — no extra steps, no separate website.”

6. Send booking invite emails right from Calendly
If you’re on a paid plan, you can share your scheduling link directly from Calendly. Calendly’s email composer lets you send personalized emails with your booking link or specific time slots.
To send an invite from Calendly, head to your homepage and hover over the meeting type you want to share, then click Share availability. The email composer will be pre-populated with your booking link. You can customize the email and include an automatic follow-up email if recipients haven’t booked within a set timeframe.

Scheduling etiquette: How to share your link politely
The way you frame your scheduling link matters! While sending over a scheduling link has become commonplace in many industries, it may be totally new to others.
Instead of “Here’s my scheduling link,” consider asking your invitee for their availability first, then share your booking URL as an option for easier scheduling. For example, you could say, “What dates and times work for you? If it’s easier, you can also choose a time that works for you using my scheduling link: [Calendly Link].”
When you send someone your scheduling link, add a quick note to make your meeting invitation feel more human and helpful.
Here are some of our go-to scheduling openers:
“I’m including a link to my booking page to make scheduling easy — please feel free to pick the date and time that works best for you: [link]”
“I’d love to connect soon! You can book time on my calendar here: [link]”
“I’m looking forward to chatting about [specific topic]. Here are a few meeting time options: [add times to email]”
Small touches like this can build relationships, boost booking rates, and make your scheduling experience feel more human — even when you’re using automation.
“Calendly makes us feel more grown up as a business. It saves us time, makes us look polished, and gives our clients confidence. We care deeply about the experience they have with us — and Calendly helps us start it off right.”
