SKYDOG’s Calendly Event Types are tailored to the jewelry design process. Prospects can choose a detailed design consultation or a brief in-person visit, and Jordan can adjust his availability for each type of meeting in just a few clicks. “It’s just easy,” he says. “I can tweak my schedule whenever I need to.”

When it comes to staying connected with clients, Jordan uses Calendly Workflows and automated reminders. Each appointment triggers both an email and text reminder one day and two hours before the meeting. “We used to get ghosted all the time,” Jordan explains. “Now, no-shows are rare. Maybe we send too many reminders,” he laughs, “but clients appreciate it.”

By the time Jordan sits down for a consult, he already has the full picture. The form also confirms that customers have reviewed SKYDOG’s $3,500 minimum spend, allowing serious buyers to self-qualify early and setting expectations from the first interaction.

With the Calendly app for Typeform, the SKYDOG team can easily add a Calendly scheduling question directly within the form.
