With Calendly invoicing, you can bill clients directly from Calendly. Send a professional invoice after a session or for any service.
For example, you can:
- Bill a client after a discovery call or coaching session
- Request payment for services not tied to a specific meeting
- Track what's been sent, viewed, and paid in one place
Before you begin
- You must connect a Stripe account to Calendly before you can send invoices.
- Invoices are sent from notifications@calendly.com
- Important: The due date on your invoice is based on your time zone — not your client's.
Create an invoice
- Go to Payments.
- Select + Create and then Invoice.
- Enter your client's name and email address or select a contact.
- Add line items. For each item, enter a quantity and price.
- (Optional) Add a description, tax rate, discount, business logo, or notes.
- Set a due date. The due date is based on your time zone.

Your client gets an email with a secure link to view and pay.
