How to share Notetaker recaps with teammates

Share your Notetaker recaps with teammates in your Calendly organization. Your teammates can view shared recaps even if they weren't part of the original meeting.
Before you begin
You'll need:
- A Calendly account with Notetaker access
- Teammates in your organization
Share a recap with specific teammates
- Go to your Recaps or Meetings page.
- Find a past meeting.
- Select the recap or select View recap.
- Select the share icon at the top of the recap.
- Select the People with access dropdown and choose Restricted.
- Enter your teammate's name .
- Select Save changes.
Your teammate receives an email notification when you share a recap. They can view it anytime in Recaps → Shared with me.
Dica
To share a recap with someone outside your organization, select Anyone with the link in the People with access dropdown.
Share a recap in your workspace
- Go to your Recaps or Meetings page.
- Find a past meeting.
- Select the recap or select View recap.
- Select the share icon at the top of the recap.
- Select the People with access dropdown and choose Restricted.
- Under General access, select the dropdown and choose your permission level:
- Can view
- Can view and share
- Select Save changes.
Stop sharing a recap with a teammate
- Go to your Recaps or Meetings page.
- Find a past meeting.
- Select the recap or select View recap.
- Select the share icon.
- Find the person you want to remove.
- Select the access dropdown and choose Remove access.
- Select Save changes.
Stop sharing a recap with your workspace
- Go to your Recaps or Meetings page.
- Find a past meeting.
- Select the recap or select View recap.
- Select the share icon.
- Select the Workspace access dropdown and choose Hide.
- Select Save changes.
Find recaps shared with you
Select Shared with me on your Recaps page. You'll see all recaps shared in your workspace and recaps shared directly with you.
